1. Attendees: Kate Jones (Chair), Siobhan Green, Anna Grisman, Rachel Chipp, Jenny Morgan, Lucy Taylor

2. Treasurers Update:

- Current Balance - £7,168.62

- Music Bingo – Current Profit £66.80, this will increase once alcohol is sold

- Clothing Bin - £15

- Easy Fundraising - £173.10

- Paid Out - £135 for Disco, £217.79 for fair, £523.75 Leavers Hoodies, £594.33 Treat Friday/Enrichment

- Still to pay – Ipads, new intake bookbags

3. Tea Towels – Templates in school, check update with Katie for when they will be done.

4. Fair – following some great work from Anna, Rachel and Emily we have a great array of vendors.

o Dog Agility Arena – Potentially a show, otherwise Kate can bring equipment from work

o Hay Bale run

o Tractor Experience – Kate to ask Tom Probert

o Tug of War

o BMX Display – Kate to ask ‘The Teenagers’ if they would do this

o Get banners made up, one for school one for the hall.

o Posters – Rachel happy to print and laminate, everyone to distribute, ask Jake Cullum-Hollins if we can put an advert on his fence

o Advertise on your Herefordshire – Emily could you please ask

o Start collating volunteers including teachers and govenors

o Wristbands for lost children as with fireworks

o Splat the teacher/parent – is anyone willing to do this?

o Penalty Shoot Out Comp – Ask Billy if he wants to do this, otherwise reach out to Bartestree Football Club

o Timetable for volunteers

- Need to purchase book bags for new starters – 25

- Theme for disco is Tropical

- Sports day – do breakfast rolls and drinks, set up ready for 8.30 parents can purchase prior to start – need volunteers 3 per day.
